Voltage regulator seems to have low output.
Check all connections after winter.
They work their way loose.
Ceck coil ground.
zap generator with wire.
Add pushbutton?


Capacitor size is .2 to .4 ufd
Short out then apply ohm meter. The ohms should climb on the highest range.
