They're just over 2.1V per cell with 6 cells for
nominal 12.8V when fully charged. But one thing
about lead acid batteries is that they need a
greater voltage than nominal to charge
(it's how electricity and their chemistry work).
That charging voltage is about 14.5-15.5 volts.
So they are 12V batteries.
