One can set the commission level. It is currently set at 20 pct.
If you want to move on this project all you have to do is come up with slogans and sketches of what you want on the
the bumper stickers.
To set it up  proper one will need  dedicated web pages which could be a sub group at your  hosting service plus search engine optimization.
This project would also benefit from ongoing marketing,... cross linking with other sites, discreet page submission,  google adwords and social media marketing.

One only needs to upload the graphics.
