I suggest a larger used monitor. Trends are leaning towards monitors 30" and larger.
You can pick up a used HDMI monitor from goodwill for under $50. It makes a huge difference in productivity.
I am currently running two 32" monitors on my system.
You might want to  start with a new  monitor.
Time to install drop box, office suite, printer and utilities... 2 to 3 hours.
I suggest you move your current rig to the other office while you are getting acquainted with your new system.

Office 2016 or newer runs on  Windows 11.

Larger Monitor
I have access to ones in the 32" range for less than $100.
A larger monitor makes it easier to click on features in applications plus you can have two documents open at the same time side by side increasing
operator efficiency dramatically.
