Salt water electrolytic etch 20-40 minutes 20-40 minute dunk in the Salt Water etch tank would give you maybe 1/64" - 1/32" of
depth depending on current. That would be deep enough to see, but shallow enough to easily clean.
Jessica Renneryou can use a qtip with a 12 volt 2 amp current and salt water too. Run the current in the negative zones for a small etch.
Zinc on metal 40 wat input led laser. If
you have a well ventilated area, or if your machine is not in your
house, consider zinc galvanizing compound. It could make those
engravings permanent. I have done this with my Neje dual 40w and would
be interested to see if an Ortur can pull it off as well.
