No paint required, mix of 1ml Titanium Dioxide per 10ml of alcohol

Titanium Dioxide is commonly used in sunscreens and is fairly easy to get hold of,
even in Europe where you cannot get Rustoleum paint with Titanium Dioxide in it 

I will be testing different ratios and speeds during the week to see if I can get a better quality
