\Not sure what you are asking for. The width of the case is 35.37mm, Length is 51.16mm, 11.61mm thick. The slot itself is the size of a standard SD card.
On a Mac, MacOS 10.13.3, it seems you have to format the SD card with:
* MBR partition scheme
* FAT32
I got the following to work (assuming your SD-card has "disk2", you might have to do this in your terminal.
#make sure that your SD card really is disk2 diskutil list #If you are convinced that your sd card really is disk2 sudo diskutil eraseDisk FAT32 3D MBRFormat /dev/disk21.39251968504087 width 2.01417322834863 length 0.45708661417372 height

A 2GB SD, not SDHC, card will work fine. And format it as FAT-32 - which is pretty much the default for SD cards anyway.
Bought the SD to TF extension. Works perfectly for fit and function for the CR-10 and other printer that have a mod for holding this specific unit.
