Larger Monitors Make for a better experience if you are taking notes.
I personally like using a HDTV high definition television which gives
one plenty of room to have a video open plus an application
for taking notes.
Audio to text function. By recording the audio and passing it to
Goolgle's speech to text you can save yourself much typing providing
especially if you are adept ad editing.
You may want to bring yourself up to speed with using hot keys to edit.
If you are going to interact via your PC you will need a microphone
/ camera.

If you wish to do it by phone I suggest a stand and a power supply
which could be your charger
however "local" archiving is not available on phones / IOS or
Android.
If you wish to archive the video for review there are a couple of
methods. Use a Desktop (Free as that the data is stored on your
PC) or paid subscription / $149 per year (ie your are conferencing
by IOS or Android) and the data is stored in the cloud.
The free version allows for 40 minutes per session for groups
meaning more than two connections and up to 100 connections.
There are unlimited one on one meetings for the free version meaning
one computer or phone to one other computer or phone.
If you order the mic / camera you can expect to spend an hour installing and getting acquainted with the work flow.
