There are some 6 orders your system seems to have not tracked. We have tried different browsers of late to no avail it seems.
Going  by the sales report which I have copied to the bottom of this email.


K series speaker original speaker order and replacement.

First the QSC K series speaker.
The one sent recently failed  under invoice number zz8201828 failed and was returned.
My customer ordered a new one to replace the one not working while he returned the
original.
I see that you have charged the  returned speaker against an order from  months  ago.
The speaker that was returned was ordered last month.
Original speaker on invoice number  zz8197247.
Replaced by another speaker ordered on invoice number zz8201828
Note: The original speaker was returned under RA# 1021777-06 after the replacement speaker was ordered and paid for under invoice zz8201828 .
Post return of the speaker the customer was issued a refund for the speaker under invoice number zz8197247.





It was replaced by an additional order while being returned under the following invoice so should be credited for sale of one QSC K10.2 speaker.

Other items. 5 total at this time for a total of 6. 
There was another cable order placed this weekend.
I will wait to see if it tracked.
