An AK member posted here once that the original D4 formula is now manufactured under Pfan-Stat Record cleaning fluid as the stuff that's going under the Discwasher name bears no resemblance to the original stuff. The company had been sold years ago and the formula had changed. The original D3 & D4 fluids had a light soap smell to it the new stuff smells like alcohol. I found a bottle of Pfan-Stat online. It is definitely more like the old D3/D4 fluids so I would suggest that.

Sodium Azide = 0.004%
Surfactant (most likely Triton X-114) = 0.025%
Propylene Glycol = 0.01% to 0.075% (probably closer to the high end)
IPA = Won't hurt to run the full 5%
Distilled Water = quantity sufficient to add up to 100%

The D4 isn't carbon fiber if that's what you're curious about. There have been at least three different materials used over the years for the brushes. The first was easily the best. The material is black nap but the base material is red and it shows most noticeably at the corners where the material is sewn. There is a plain black cloth as well which is not good. There's also a brown cloth. Some are RCA branded and others aren't. They maybe Recoton(?) I have one of the non-RCA brown ones and it isn't terrible but not as good as the original.
